About this Role:
As a Quality Assurance Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing work is accurate and ready for shipment to clients. This includes verifying stock, checking contents in envelopes, confirming addresses, and monitoring service level agreement (SLA) dates.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and investigate production-related issues.
  • Confirm file totals before processing.
  • Review calculations post-print processing.
  • Conduct file verifications to ensure the correct number of items have been processed.
  • Ensure necessary postage and inserts are included for outgoing mailings.
  • Coordinate the shipping of packages to clients using various courier services and track packages as needed.
  • Document quality control issues in the appropriate databases.
  • Maintain various records and files accurately.
  • Provide assistance to less-experienced colleagues on unresolved issues.
  • May be required to train new team members as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing and data entry.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Schedule:
This position operates on the second shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with mandatory work on the first weekend of every month and two weekends at the end of each quarter.

Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Proficient in the use of standard office equipment and relevant applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment; results-oriented.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting and adjusting schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Organized with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting, standing, walking, and bending in a production environment.
