Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and install testing equipment and conduct product testing and analysis to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for products and processes.
  • Audit production processes and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and non-conformities.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree and 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
