Position Overview
We are in search of a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist to oversee quality compliance initiatives across our diverse manufacturing locations.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates, internal quality benchmarks, and industry-leading practices to uphold product excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and sustain quality compliance policies and procedures across all manufacturing sites.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory standards, including FDA regulations and ISO guidelines.
- Create and deliver training programs on quality compliance for employees at all levels.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation systems to monitor compliance activities and audit results.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to uphold quality management systems, including document control and deviation management.
- Support investigations into quality concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for process enhancements within the quality compliance framework.
- Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to drive improvement initiatives.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality compliance objectives.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Chemistry).
- 1-3 years of experience in quality compliance or regulatory affairs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Certification in quality management is advantageous.
