Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, adhering to our high standards of service and quality.
- Provide personalized attention to guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate billing and settlement of folios.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and uphold the highest standards of security and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel features, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
