Front Desk Agent

Omni Bedford Springs Resort is seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service and support to our guests and team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Register and settle guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate information and special requests are met.
  • Promote and sell hotel programs, packages, and promotions, while maintaining knowledge of rules, restrictions, and routing.
  • Interact with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and resort policies.
  • Manage the house bank, including daily counts and safekeeping.
  • Communicate important information to the Front Office management team and other associates.
  • Follow established procedures for posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, refunds, gift cards, credit card authorizations, and charges.
  • Solicit guest feedback and respond to guest issues and complaints in a empathetic and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in a customer service industry.
  • Excellent oral and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Pleasant telephone and in-person demeanor.
