Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling room reservations. You will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Register guests and handle room reservations
- Provide outstanding guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues
- Operate the front desk computer system, managing guest information and room assignments
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Assist with emergency procedures, such as room fires or medical emergencies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of hotel operations and policies
