Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our overall business goals
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth
- Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to the executive team on sales performance and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and enhance the customer experience
- Oversee sales budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Proven experience in education sales with a strong understanding of the industry
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience in Ed-Tech is a plus
- Local candidates highly preferred
