Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our overall recruiting strategy, developing and updating job descriptions and specifications, and performing job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the implementation of our overall recruiting strategy
- Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications
- Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to relevant job boards and websites
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates using various databases and social media platforms
- Screening candidate resumes and job applications
- Assisting in setting interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods
- Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition
- Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices
- Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team
- Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promoting our company's reputation as a great place to work
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (a plus, but not necessary)
- Solid ability to utilize different types of communication (phone, text, email, CRM)
- Ability to organize candidate contact process from initial contact to hire
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) (a plus, but not necessary)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Assertiveness and confidence
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
