We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Hornet Staffing. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and informative responses to customer queries, ensuring they are satisfied with the resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
