About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and informative responses to customer queries, ensuring they are satisfied with the resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
