Job Summary

St. David's South Austin Medical Center is seeking a full-time advanced practice provider to join its heart failure clinic in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or Physician Assistant with experience in managing advanced heart failure patients.

Responsibilities
  • Independently see patients in an outpatient/inpatient setting
  • Manage advanced heart failure patients
  • Provide care and workup of patients
  • Teach patients and demonstrate competence in their field
Requirements
  • Valid and active TX license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make medical decisions
  • Excellent people skills and outstanding communication skills
