About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team at Heart Hospital of Austin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular program.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions
  • Administer medications and monitor patient response
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest cardiovascular procedures and technologies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 1 year of Cath Lab experience in a cardiovascular setting - preferred
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per St. David's Healthcare policy
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification per St. David's Healthcare policy
