This role requires onsite presence, as it is a full-time position without options for hybrid or remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing them appropriately.
  • Provide essential administrative support to facilitate smooth office operations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, and send out email announcements and memos.
  • Welcome visitors, ensuring their comfort with refreshments.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events and internal meetings.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order office and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages, including overnight deliveries.
  • Maintain office equipment and ensure everything is in proper working order.
  • Support various departments by creating and updating spreadsheets, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for management and licensed personnel.
  • Conduct accurate data entry tasks.
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
