Commercial Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Sales Department, including direct supervision of sales representatives
  • Project and achieve sales objectives, including developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Assist sales representatives during complex or difficult sales calls
  • Participate in ride-alongs to monitor the progress of new and existing sales representatives
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop commercial sales representatives
  • Conduct onsite sales presentations with the sales team
  • Review sales activity and develop strategies with sales representatives
  • Analyze and report pricing, sales, and productivity reports
  • Maintain communication between Sales, Installation, and Service departments
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in a commercial business-to-business environment
  • 5 years of successful experience in outside sales, preferably in a commercial business-to-business environment
  • Sales experience or a background in the security or home automation industry required
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel the territory
