Responsibilities

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a staffing agency or related service industry leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A proven track record in sales, particularly in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and Google Suite applications.
  • The ability to connect and professionally communicate with others across multiple platforms.
  • High energy, resilience, and a passion for driving results.
  • A natural curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and the determination to succeed.
