Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant MCH role performs a combination of administrative, project, and limited secretarial work for more than one Executive. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple Executives, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with project coordination, including planning, organizing, and implementing projects.
  • Perform secretarial duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
