Job Summary:

As a Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a territory in the greater Dallas area, focusing on the Service side of the business. Your primary objective will be to sell products and services to new and existing customers, enhancing safety and productivity. This role requires a strong ability to hunt new business and farm existing clients, with a focus on closing new sales. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients multiple days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell products and services to new and existing customers to improve safety and productivity
  • Manage a territory in the greater Dallas area, focusing on the Service side of the business
  • Develop and execute account plans, business reviews, and quarterly sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of Outside B2B Sales Experience
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Supply Industry is preferred
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
  • Experience working with or selling cranes is a significant plus
  • Bachelors or Associate degree is preferred
  • Must have a clean driving record (need to pass an MVR check)
  • MUST live in or around Phoenix, AZ
