Customer Experience and Sales Development Manager

As a Customer Experience and Sales Development Manager at Smartstage, you will play a key role in promoting the use of our portable and revolving stages, lighting truss and seating components for venues and events in the Las Vegas area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and customer service to make a real impact in the entertainment industry.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify prospective clients, document planned approach to secure sales opportunities, populate and manage prospecting activities, opportunities, quotes and CRM sales pipeline. They will also be expected to collaborate with fellow team members to make proposals and respond to quote/bid invitations, follow up prospective customers until closed – deal or no deal, retain and develop additional opportunities with clients, schedule and attend appropriate events and shows, estimate, and manage jobs.

**Salary and Benefits:** $1,000/week or commission whichever is higher for first 90 days. After 90 days, full commission. Estimated salary: $100-200k potential.
