Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Specialist to contribute to the development and execution of our evolving sales strategy. The Sales Professional will play a key role in refining our sales methods, pitches, and approaches, directly impacting the growth of our sales organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of success. They will be able to meet and exceed sales targets consistently, and possess excellent communication and time management skills. In addition, they will have experience with high-volume calling and CRM software such as Salesforce.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective clients, continuously testing and refining sales pitches, strategies, and approaches, and providing feedback on the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and customer experiences, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
