About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Area Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Nueske's history, process, products, and service to existing relationships with distributors and end users in the food service and retail environments within a multi-state territory.

Job Description

This role involves developing and supporting a customer base consistent with Nueske's core values and culture, identifying opportunities for new customers and markets that support company growth strategies, and building and maintaining knowledge of distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and growing existing relationships with distributors and end users.
  • Generating new business and achieving sales and profit goals.
  • Executing against administrative requirements, such as monthly territory activity summaries and expense reports.
  • Participating in national food shows and planning events to promote Nueske's products and services.

Requirements
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external contacts.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the food service and retail industries, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Exhibit a proven track record of successful sales experience, with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software to manage sales data and customer interactions.
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
