Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in educational and mentoring activities to support the growth and development of our team.
  • Contribute to the development of treatment protocols, service policies, and clinical competencies to ensure best practices in physical therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience in a medical setting, with a focus on outpatient rehabilitation.
  • Experience with student supervision and mentoring.
  • Advanced continuing education in physical therapy, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, with frequent exposure to patients with varying levels of physical ability. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance and will be expected to use patient handling equipment when necessary.
