Crestwood Manor, a Springpoint Senior Living Community, is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in Whiting, NJ.

About the Role:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in communicating the benefits of living in our community, assisting new and potential residents in their transition, and supporting the efforts of our Marketing Director and sales counselors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events, such as dinners or presentations, to engage prospective residents
  • Run sales reports and distribute inquiries to the team
  • Update the CRM system with new inquiries and resident information
  • Prepare contracts for potential residents
  • Order marketing collateral as needed
  • Assist in selecting options for flooring, cabinetry, and floor plans to reflect residents' personal style
  • Coordinate activities during resident move-in
  • Meet with external representatives and operational staff to ensure residences are prepared for walk-thru and move-in

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
