Compassionate Care Manager Role

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality care and services to a consistent group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Establish strong relationships with seniors and their families by providing assistance with daily activities, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.
  • Care Coordination: Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service.
  • Lifestyle Enrichment: Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile, blending a variety of multi-sensory experiences into their day.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Dedication to Serving Seniors: A passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and ability to work in a team environment are essential.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma/GED accepted; may be required per state regulations; certifications where applicable.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
Competitive Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary based on geographic location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications (where applicable). Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

In addition to base compensation, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans; retirement savings plans; employee assistant program/discount program; paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay; and tuition reimbursement.

Sunrise Senior Living prioritizes the health and safety of its residents, family members, and team members. Employment is conditioned on completing and passing a drug test, participating in testing requirements, and adhering to Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination mandates.
