Senior Living Communities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Med Tech to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing and grooming, including shampooing hair, fingernail care, and shower assistance.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as directed by the doctor.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
- Transfer residents safely and assist with toileting.
- Monitor changes in residents' health and report any concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with residents.
- Participate in in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
Requirements:
- Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment
