Job Description
At Trinity Supportive Housing & Consumer, we are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Consultant to join our team. As a Behavioral Consultant, you will play a critical role in coordinating treatment services for our clients, working closely with the Treatment Team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Treatment Team to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Implement interventions directly with clients, modeling effective delivery to other staff and caregivers.
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and modify plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and other team members to ensure seamless client care.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certificate.
- At least one year of full-time ABA experience or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
