Job Description

As a Direct Support Professional with Sevita, your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist them with their daily living activities, help them develop life skills, and encourage them to participate in community activities.

Your day-to-day tasks may include assisting with personal hygiene, supporting individuals with behavioral challenges, and helping them achieve their developmental goals. You will also work collaboratively with the team to ensure that each participant receives the best possible care.

  • Patient and compassionate attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
