Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Check-in/Check-out: Greet patients, confirm identity, and provide necessary information related to their visit.
  • Registration and Scheduling: Complete patient registration, schedule appointments, and update patient information as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect co-payments, process billing information, and perform end-of-day cash drawer closing.
  • Waiting Area Management: Maintain a clean and comfortable waiting area for patients and families.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Zero to two years of experience in a customer service position.
