About This Opportunity

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive clinical oversight and coordination of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and improve overall quality of care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing or a related field, or currently pursuing this qualification.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
  • Specialty certification in your area of expertise is highly valued.
  • Minimum five years of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past decade.
  • Proven leadership and managerial experience gained within the past five years.
