Role SummaryThe Account Executive, Ticket Packages is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of ticket packages and group tickets, while building relationships with new and existing clients and prospects. This role requires a strong ability to prospect, establish, research, and close ticket sales leads through cold-calling, appointments, and networking.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and establish relationships with new and existing clients and prospects to drive ticket sales.
- Create and build relationships with ticket package clients and prospects to increase revenue.
- Responsible for ticket package sales to individuals and group ticket sales.
- Take an active role in the game day experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to existing and new clients of the Bakersfield Condors.
- Surpass individual ticket package and group ticket sales targets.
- Responsible for face-to-face and/or virtual meetings with clients to build relationships and drive sales.
- Attend after-hours networking events to expand professional network.
- Sales experience in a sports environment is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with ticketing and CRM software is an asset.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must have access to a vehicle and a motor vehicle license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment).
- A University or College degree would be considered an asset.
