Account Executive

At Fullsteam Operations LLC, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for consistently achieving new logo sales revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential clients within the target market, utilizing various channels such as social media, industry events, and online communities.
- Conduct outbound daily and weekly prospecting activities, including cold calling, campaign follow-up, inbound lead outreach, and social selling, to generate opportunities and close business.
- Assess potential clients by evaluating their needs, goals, and budget, and conduct platform demonstrations to assess alignment with the company's target customer profile.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects through regular follow-ups, meetings, and events, understanding their pain points and providing relevant insights and solutions.
- Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline using CRM software, keeping accurate records of all interactions and updating relevant information to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Proven experience in business development or sales role in the SaaS industry, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical background with an ability to quickly learn new applications.
- Strong industry background with working knowledge of run specialty, athletic retail, and broader shoe retail.
- Knowledge of SaaS industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape (eCommerce, web design software, and industry-focused mobile apps).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software and SalesLoft or Outreach sales engagement platform is required.
