At Safe Fleet, we're committed to creating a safer world for everyone. As a Proposal Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal by developing and submitting high-quality proposals that showcase our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) to identify opportunities and develop comprehensive proposal strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, to ensure proposals are technically accurate and compliant with client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solutions, including technical capabilities, project implementation processes, and long-term sales and technical support capabilities.
  • Prepare and submit proposals on time, ensuring they meet client requirements and showcase our value proposition.
  • Track and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and solution shortfalls to inform proposal development and sales strategy.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of proposal requirements, templates, and images to ensure consistency and efficiency in proposal development.
  • Administer Cooperative Purchasing Programs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and escalating non-standard terms to internal personnel for resolution.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and leadership skills, with experience in proposal development and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Adobe or Nuance PDF creator.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in the law enforcement industry, with a strong understanding of contract administration and proposal development.
