Finance Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance PMO Analyst to provide support and assistance to our project managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide project management support and assistance to project managers, including scheduling meetings, documentation, and communication.
- Work with project managers to maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather and analyze project information, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource data.
- Create detailed status reports and presentations for project managers, as requested.
- Coordinate the timely completion of critical project milestones, collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Effectively communicate project requirements, expectations, and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
