Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their optimal Magnite platform setup, developing a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
- Communicate client needs to our internal Product team, advocating for their success and driving business growth.
- Interface with clients on a daily basis, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist team members with reports and data analysis, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
- BA/BS degree, required.
- Some experience in customer support and/or ad operations, preferably in digital video and CTV.
- Basic knowledge of video advertising, SQL, Python, and Pandas.
- Experience providing technical support for clients of a SaaS platform.
- A client-service mindset and a desire to make clients successful on our platform.
- Analytical, project management, and troubleshooting skills to solve clients' technical problems.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to discover clients' root issues and navigate solutions with them.
- A self-starter mentality and an eagerness to work autonomously in a dynamic team environment.
