Production Assembler

Description: XYBIX SYSTEMS, a premier innovator in ergonomic furniture solutions, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to enhance our manufacturing team. We specialize in crafting tailored sit-stand furniture designed for various sectors including emergency response, healthcare, public services, security, remote work, gaming, and more. Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday) followed by a 3-day weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize provided tools and instructions to manufacture our products.
- Record work performed using the shop floor ERP system.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure quality output.
- Learn and apply 'lean' manufacturing techniques to enhance safety and quality.
- Operate various machinery as required.
- Engage in improvement initiatives to add value to your role and team.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Familiarity with the MS Office suite (Word and Outlook).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour
