Position Overview:

The responsibilities associated with this role include:
  • Assisting in the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals from relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Soliciting bids from contractors and providing guidance in contractor selection.
  • Conducting construction administration services, which includes on-site activities by field representatives.
  • Updating planning and design timelines as well as construction schedules.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial architecture.
  • Licensure in California - NCARB certification required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
