Job Summary

The Customer Service Supervisor is a key role at Wawa, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and store operations. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and coaching to associates to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Participate in store performance improvement initiatives, including sales, controllable expenses, and associate retention
  • Ensure execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures
  • Manage cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks
  • Maintain accurate article-level inventory and perform cycle counts
  • Check in vendors and recognize associates for their accomplishments
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
  • Experience training, sales building, and managing expenses
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
