Regional Customer Service Manager

Malvern Panalytical is seeking a highly skilled Regional Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support engineers and driving business growth through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of customer support engineers to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Address customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee personnel activities, including performance appraisals and salary adjustments.
  • Coordinate training sessions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Drive business growth through warranty conversion and contract renewal.
  • Foster strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
