Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leasing and selling storage units, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lease and sell storage units to customers, ensuring that they understand the terms and conditions of their rental agreement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the storage units and common areas.
  • Participate in operations activities, such as performing lock checks and showing units to potential customers.
  • Utilize our Point of Sales system (POS) to take payments, manage customer accounts, and maintain inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the workday.
