About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to join our esteemed Life Sciences Team at Lionbridge. This pivotal role requires a dynamic and driven individual to independently engage with prospective clients within assigned accounts to showcase our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently contact prospective customers within assigned accounts to present our solutions and services, effectively articulating the value proposition.
  • Maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline, identifying and pursuing existing and upsell opportunities to achieve set revenue quotas.
  • Educate customers and clients on our service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and internal/external Operations teams to drive successful outcomes and foster strong relationships.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales cycle, strategically leveraging each stage to advance the sale and close deals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments within the life sciences sector, incorporating market insights into sales strategies.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, contributing to overall sales strategy and planning.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Lionbridge, always representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales within the life sciences industry, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster trust and credibility with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
