Interventional Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join our team at LCMC Health. As a key member of our interventional radiology team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care in the course of diagnostic, therapeutic angiography procedures or special procedures.
- Assist other interventional providers or other colleagues with invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Administer ionizing radiation to patients for diagnostic and/or research purposes.
- Perform radiographic procedures, including all aspects of fluoroscopic and digital imaging data acquisition and processing.
- Operate support equipment, computers, and z-ray emitting devices to ensure technical success of procedures.
- 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, or Catheterization Lab.
- Graduate from a Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Program.
- Certification in Basic Life Support, Radiography, and Vascular Interventional Radiography.
- Licensure in Radiology Technician.
