Skin Health Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Skin Health Advisor to join our L'Oreal Derm Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with dermatologists and their staff, educating them on our priority product portfolio, and driving sales through effective product detailing and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Regional Sales Director to achieve sales and recommendation targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with dermatology offices, build strong relationships, and establish trust and credibility.
  • Educate dermatologists and staff on priority product portfolio and leverage samples to ensure high share of recommendations to patients.
  • Develop and implement optimal field routing to achieve 90% reach to 175 targets.
  • Analyze and control expenditures to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Organize and schedule tasks, develop realistic strategies, and present action plans to Regional Director.
  • Coordinate special events to educate and inform dermatologists about products and clinical studies.
  • Monitor and report market intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 direct sales experience required, preferably in medical or pharmaceuticals.
  • Must live within the territory's boundaries.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build professional relationships and drive sales.
  • Ability to think strategically and bring creativity to the organization.
  • Strong computer, CRM, and software skills, including Excel.
  • A valid, clean driver's license is required.
  • Ability to travel 30% or greater with overnight stays.
