As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Strategic Partner Marketing Specialist to spearhead our initiatives aimed at empowering partners to effectively market their offerings. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with our partners, driving the success of joint marketing efforts, and ensuring cohesive coordination across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key partners, developing collaborative marketing strategies that align with both company objectives and partner goals.
  • Identify and explore new avenues for collaboration and growth with existing and prospective partners.
  • Maintain focus on current initiatives while actively seeking opportunities to enhance partnerships and achieve long-term objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for each partner, ensuring transparency and visibility throughout the process.
  • Manage, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including webinars, email outreach, and other promotional efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with marketing objectives, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategy team to create promotional materials that partners can utilize, such as case studies, whitepapers, and social media content.
  • Customize partner content for effective presentation across various marketing platforms, including the company website and social media channels.
  • Coordinate the execution of partner marketing programs with other marketing team members, ensuring integration with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the implementation of partner marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Regularly update digital spaces where partner promotions are featured, including partner pages and application directories.
  • Plan and execute engaging webinars for partners and prospects, managing all aspects from topic selection to post-event follow-up.
  • Work with partners to sponsor and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in high-tech marketing campaign management, specifically in partner marketing.
  • Proven success in executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs for partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of channel marketing strategies and partner enablement.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Wrike and Microsoft Teams is preferred, along with superior project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
