Position Overview:
The Marketing and Sales Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in expanding our B2B Executive Education Program. This position involves organizing and executing events across New Hampshire and Massachusetts, developing promotional materials, and enhancing event participation and program membership. The Coordinator will utilize email marketing and field strategies to stimulate program growth and will work closely with the Marketing Department to contribute to social media content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to implement all components of the annual B2B Program curriculum, including webinars and in-person events.
- Assist in creating promotional materials for events and outreach initiatives.
- Manage program logistics to ensure high-quality execution of activities.
- Support the development, editing, and production of various materials, including letters and forms.
- Update course materials, schedules, and requirements, providing information to participants and resolving any issues.
- Generate quarterly reports to evaluate program performance and member engagement.
- Prepare confirmations and correspondence related to programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in graphic design, preferably with Canva or Adobe.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize details for several ongoing events.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, with reliable transportation and availability for occasional evening events.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to present complex information in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Experience in social media content creation across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, is a significant advantage.
Experience and Education:
- A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
- Attention to detail is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $50,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience.
