Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to enhance growth and engagement for our OneSpace solution aimed at small businesses. In this role, you will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the small business sector. You will be responsible for crafting the go-to-market strategy for OneSpace, which includes developing launch plans, creating distinct product positioning and messaging, and producing sales communication and enablement materials such as talk tracks, battlecards, FAQs, sell sheets, and pitch decks. Your efforts will drive both internal alignment and external awareness, fostering growth and engagement with our small business clientele.
The ideal candidate will possess a growth-oriented mindset, strategic thinking abilities, and a collaborative spirit. Experience with SaaS platforms for small businesses is essential, and a background in accounting and financial management solutions is a plus. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our solutions save customers time and enhance their operational security.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to establish product positioning and messaging.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to understand the competitive landscape and engage with customers to suggest new pricing and packaging strategies.
- Develop go-to-market plans to promote feature enhancements for our security solutions, aimed at improving customer retention and attracting new clients.
- Coordinate with Product Management to plan the launch of new products and features, overseeing the cross-functional execution of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to evaluate and improve campaign performance and the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of content for marketing collateral, blogs, social media, and other promotional materials.
- Support the Sales team through training and by focusing on the challenges our solutions address, while developing both internal tools and external sales enablement resources.
- Engage with customers to create case studies that demonstrate the value of our security products and partnerships.
- Work closely with other members of the sales and marketing teams to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience, particularly with cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Highly collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to engage in cross-functional teamwork across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Proficient in conducting market and competitive research to guide product development and marketing initiatives.
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven and proactive in taking initiatives to advance projects.
- A creative thinker with attention to detail, passionate about producing impactful content that clearly communicates the value of our security solutions within the OneSpace environment.
- Skilled in translating technical product information into clear, engaging narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Exhibits a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, willing to contribute to broader product marketing efforts.
