Amazon is seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher II to join its Global Customer Insights team in the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization.

The successful candidate will lead generative and evaluative research efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to design workplace experiences that inspire Amazonians around the world.

As a UX Researcher II, you will be responsible for conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and distilling them into actionable narratives. You will also guide teams through the human-centered design process, advocating for innovative ideas that delight customers.

We are looking for a customer-obsessed leader who is deeply curious and constantly strives to ask better questions.   • Conduct generative and evaluative research using qualitative and quantitative methods to produce actionable insights

The Global Transformation & Insights org is a group of builders, creators, innovators, and go-getters. We are customer-obsessed, index high on ownership, and think big. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $193,600/year in our highest geographic market.
