Job Summary:

USI Insurance Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing 20 to 40 mid-to-large sized Commercial Lines insurance accounts as the day-to-day client contact. Your primary focus will be on providing proactive, personalized support to assigned Commercial Lines clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide insurance technical expertise to clients and other members of the Account Management team.
• Responsible for marketing and placement of client Commercial Lines insurance renewals.
• Analyze and compare carrier quotes and coverage offerings to make informed insurance program recommendations to clients.
• Manage client renewal expirations and avoid any lapse in coverage.
• Negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients to secure the best possible rates and coverage.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Commercial Lines agency, with a college degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance, with a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred.
• Proficient in internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products, with knowledge of Sagitta / ImageRight a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
