Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Office Support Specialist to join our team at Booth Creek Wagyu. This role will provide essential support in data entry, order management, and customer communication during our busy gift box season and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Management & Data Entry: Accurately input customer orders into the Shopify system, ensuring timely processing and delivery. Assist with tracking orders and making updates as needed. Maintain and organize data records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Care: Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone and email, assisting with inquiries and order updates. Relay customer feedback or concerns to the appropriate team members. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure a positive experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and helping maintain a tidy workspace. Help coordinate internal communications, such as distributing weekly push list emails to market managers. Support in coordinating special projects, meetings, or events as needed.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings to take notes and track follow-up tasks. Organize and distribute meeting notes and ensure action items are clearly documented and followed up on.
- Basic computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with Shopify or a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Friendly, customer-oriented communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
