Job Overview

At 360 Talent Avenue, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of landscaping and irrigation projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Project Execution
    • Oversee the implementation of landscape projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
    • Manage project teams, including scheduling, directing daily activities, and monitoring progress.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
    • Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high standards of workmanship.
    • Implement best practices for landscape installation and maintenance.
  • Client Relations
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Handle client feedback and resolve any issues that arise during or after project completion.
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
    • Prepare and submit progress reports and final project documentation.
    • Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, construction management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial landscape project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
