(health, dental, vision, disability), handle workers' compensation, and ensure compliance with relevant laws. This role involves analyzing current benefits, negotiating with vendors, and communicating effectively with employees about their benefits options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis to develop competitive benefits programs.
  • Manage benefits enrollment, COBRA, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Oversee workers' compensation cases.
  • Provide updates and maintain employee benefits documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding employee benefits.
  • Prepare reports and perform audits on benefits programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist in various other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years in HR Management.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office products.

Physical and Working Conditions:

  • Frequent desk work using computers, with some lifting (up to 20 pounds).
