Job Description

Globalwide Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of field operations, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of field personnel, including field engineers and operations technical positions, to ensure the proper installation, repair, and servicing of equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure all field operations are conducted in accordance with safety procedures and protocols, and that all personnel are trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures and methods for enforcing or interpreting established guidelines and practices, and provide management with current job statuses and performance metrics.
  • Address customer concerns or problems and recommend measures to resolve them, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent the Company and our values with integrity, maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in fracing in operations or maintenance, with 3+ years' experience in a supervisor role.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and field operating systems.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license, eligible to drive a Company vehicle, and meet the requirements of the Company's vehicle program, policy, and/or guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completion of CrossFlo Program.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Completion of Competency Training, including EODP 1-4, Service Supervisor Bootcamp, and up-to-date on all annual refresher training.
