Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frac Service Supervisor to join our team at Globalwide Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our frac well site operations, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our frac well site operations, ensuring that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Crew Management: Lead and manage a team of equipment operators and other personnel, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of field-related work experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Certifications: Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to drive a Company vehicle.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, dust, and humidity. The employee must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 80 pounds and be able to travel as needed to other offices and drilling rig work sites.
